RHA Annual Membership and Board of Directors election meeting
Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
Sign-In begins at 6:30 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to elect lot owner members to the Board of Directors for Reflection Homes Association. Three (3) board positions are up for election. Two of the candidates elected will serve a three year term and the third candidate elected will serve the remaining (one) year of a three year term. The candidates who receive the highest number of votes will be awarded the longer terms. The Association has received five applications for candidacy from lot owners expressing their interest in running for the open Board of Directors seats.
The meeting will be held in a hybrid manner. Owners can attend the meeting in person at the pool house or connect virtually via Zoom.

Please submit your proxy in advance of the meeting to ensure quorum requirements are met. The meeting cannot be held without a quorum of at least 10% of the membership.
