The following trash and recycling services are provided to townhome residents:

• Trash & Recycling Pick-up – Tuesdays and Fridays.

• Recycling of Christmas Trees – Christmas trees will be picked up on January 11. Trees must be free from decorations and placed at the curbside by 6:00 am for collection. Christmas trees placed out for collection after scheduled days will require a bulk/special pick-up at an additional cost of $15.00 per tree.

• Bulk Pick Up Collection: Mondays and Thursdays: Total Waste Removal (TWR)

• Burnable bulk items weighing less than 40 pounds may be collected at no additional charge.

• Non-burnable items or items weighing more than 40 pounds may require an on-demand pickup for an additional fee.

• Residents needing individual bulk item removal may schedule service directly with TWR by emailing info@totalwasteva.com.
