Residential Gas Conversion Project

On March 17th, residents joined a town hall discussion with Columbia Gas, organized by the Board, and discussing gas lines being introduced within the community.

Lights on Detached and Townhomes

With the help of Fairfax County & lighting study; achieving more street lights to see and be seen.

RHA Board is working with Fairfax County and VDOT to identify assistance with installing the much-needed lights in Detached Homes (DH). Additionally funding might be available through Federal grants to see if it can qualify for lighting in the Detached Homes (DH).

More details will be provided as this initiative progresses in 2025

Road and Sidewalk Improvements

The RHA Board has approved and signed off on a contract to improve roads and pathways in townhomes (TH), and to refresh the parking  lanes around the townhome community. RHA will be adding 10 speed bumps on TH streets prevent speeding. Projects are expected to start spring/summer 2025.

Similarly, RHA has initiated collaboration with Fairfax County to implement traffic calming measures on VDOT-owned roads, including near the detached homes.

The Board is also looking into the possible parking enhancements and expansions near the townhomes to accommodate the increasing number of vehicles within the community.
