TOWNHOME Parking Info

Reserved Parking: Parking spaces with a number are reserved to a specific townhome. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces are subject to being towed if they do not display a RHA parking sticker or upon request of the townhome owner associated with the parking space.

Vehicles parked in RHA lots in non-numbered spaces require stickers between the hours of 10:00 PM & 6:00 AM; 365 days a year, except for Berger Place and Oram Place, where 24 hour towing is in place.

Battlefield towing offers the following emergency road services at no cost to RHA residents on RHA property (townhomes or detached homes).

  • jump-starts
  • lockouts
  • tire changes

Townhome Owners receive two (2) Reflection Homes Association parking stickers annually. Tenants/renters need to contact the owner of your townhouse to receive your parking stickers.

The parking sticker must be affixed to any clear glass window. The association will be enforcing this parking sticker and towing vehicles that do NOT have a sticker clearly visible.

DO NOT LAMINATE

The Association will not be responsible for cars towed due to missing parking stickers or not affixed in the appropriate manner.
