VOTING MATTERS

The ability to purchase Saunders Drive from Fairfax County and convert it to a private roadway to prevent commuter "hide-and-ride" parking following the completion of the Innovation Station Metro access project. This will help stop outside traffic from compromising our pedestrian safety and limited parking capacity, ensure maintenance meets Association standards.

The Reflection Homes Association (RHA) Board of Directors is seeking member approval to purchase Saunders Drive from Fairfax County. This would convert the road from a public right-of-way to a private roadway owned and managed by the Association.

67% of the all homeowners' approval required (395 Homes).
